Rev. Dr. Bradley Morrison serves as Assistant Professor of Practical Theology at Huron University College, where he is also a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) and AAMFT Clinical Fellow. His work focuses on developing thriving congregations and effective ministry leaders through the lens of lived faith and practical application.
His research expertise spans clergy workplace harassment dynamics, clinical supervision models, and congregation-community partnership frameworks. Morrison bridges theological education with clinical practice, examining how religious institutions navigate complex interpersonal dynamics while fulfilling their missional calling.
His publication trajectory reveals consistent exploration of congregational mission expansion (2014-2016) evolving toward critical analysis of workplace ethics in religious settings (2017), demonstrating increasing engagement with systemic issues in ecclesiastical environments.
Morrison teaches foundational courses including educational psychology, congregational development, pastoral care and counselling, couple and family dynamics, grief and crisis intervention, and family of origin analysis.
