Bradley Miller is an Associate Professor at the Department of History, Faculty of Arts, University of British Columbia. His research and teaching focus on legal, political, and international relations history in British North America/post-Confederation Canada, the British Empire, and northern North America. He is a core faculty member of the Law and Society Minor Programme and actively supervises MA and PhD students.

Research Projects include a SSHRC Insight Development Grant-funded study on international law in Canada, examining case studies like marriage, Indigenous land rights, environmental conservation, and war. He is co-authoring a book on the Frederick Gerring Jr. case, analyzing environmental jurisdiction and international law in the 1890s.
Recent Publications span legal history, extradition dynamics, constitutional theory, and colonial judicial reform. Articles highlight his expertise in borderlands jurisprudence, statehood evolution, and transnational legal regimes.
