Bradley G. Lewis is a Professor of Economics at Union College, Schenectady, New York, where he has held his position since 1999. His work spans financial markets, economic history, and international finance, with a particular focus on U.S. and Japanese systems. He has taught courses such as Financial Markets, Monetary Economics, and Senior Thesis, emphasizing applied economic thinking and institutional analysis.
- Education: Ph.D. and M.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago (1982, 1978), and B.A. with Honors in Economics from Carleton College (1969).
Lewis' research bridges historical and contemporary economic issues, including American Economic History, Financial Markets, and International Trade.
