Dr. Brad Mayer is Professor of Management and Associate Dean/Director of the M.B.A. Program at Lamar University's College of Business. With over 25 years of service since 1994, he holds significant administrative responsibilities including department chair and AACSB director roles. His institutional service spans multiple university committees focused on assessment, personnel, strategic planning, and graduate programs.
Dr. Mayer's research centers on strategic management, organizational behavior, and business education methodology.
