Bracha Ettinger

Bracha L. Ettinger is a Marcel Duchamp Chair Professor of Psychoanalysis and Art at The European Graduate School (EGS). She holds advanced degrees from the University of Paris VIII (PhD in Aesthetics), University of Paris VII (DEA in Psychoanalysis), and Hebrew University of Jerusalem (MA in Clinical Psychology). Her work bridges psychoanalytic theory, feminist critique, and visual arts, developing the 'matrixial theory' that reimagines subjectivity through trans-subjective ethics and prematernal dimensions.
