معرفی
Borka Malčić is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pedagogy at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad. She combines her academic work with practical experience as a sports teacher and coach at Tennis Club Winner since 2010, and contributes to educational projects like the Ministry-funded 'Quality of the Serbian Education System in a European Perspective' (No. 179010) since 2018.
Her research spans andragogy, pedagogy of aging, sports pedagogy, and educational management. Key themes include adult self-development, lifelong learning correlates, childhood physical activity impacts, and teacher role dynamics in higher education. Her work bridges theoretical frameworks with applied educational practices.
Recent publications highlight multidisciplinary approaches: (1) analyzing childhood activity as a predictor for adult recreation, (2) exploring self-efficacy theories in physical contexts, and (3) evaluating teacher roles through student perspectives. These reflect her focus on educational continuity and experiential learning.
She teaches Andragogy (with Prof. Milica Andevski), Didactics, and Educational Technologies at the Faculty of Philosophy, while maintaining active roles in the Student Support Center and Pedagogical Center expert council.
