معرفی
Boris Görke is an Associate Professor at the Max Perutz Labs, Department of Microbiology, Immunobiology and Genetics. His research focuses on bacterial stress responses, RNA biology, and molecular mechanisms governing gene regulation in Escherichia coli. Key areas include small RNA stability, cell envelope stress signaling, and the interplay between environmental cues and gene expression.
Research Projects:
- "Eine versteckte Ebene der bakteriellen Zellhüllstressantwort" (2022–2026)
- "A novel trans-envelope signalling complex in bacteria" (2019–2023)
Recent Publications: Highlights include studies on RNA phosphorylation effects (2024), stress-regulated operon expression (2024), and bacterial RNA-target interactions (2023).
Labs/Teams: Part of the Max Perutz Labs, a joint venture between the University of Vienna and Medical University of Vienna, focusing on interdisciplinary microbiology and genetics research.
