Bonnie Stabile

Bonnie Stabile is an Associate Professor at the Schar School of Policy and Government, George Mason University, where she founded and directs the Gender and Policy (GAP) Center. She teaches policy analysis, program evaluation, ethics, and gender studies at both undergraduate and graduate levels, and has served in key administrative roles including Associate Dean for Student and Academic Affairs (2021–2024) and MPP/MPA program director.

Her research focuses on gender policy, ethics in public policy, bioethics, and program evaluation. She explores the intersection of power, gender representation, and institutional ethics, particularly in public administration and policy-making. Her work combines rigorous policy analysis with critical ethical inquiry and rhetorical insight.
