Bonnie Flynn

Bonnie Flynn is an Associate Professor at National Louis University (NLU), specializing in health care and general management education. She teaches in the Bachelor of Science in Health Care Leadership (HCL), Bachelor of Science in Management (BSM), and Master in Health Services Administration (MHA) programs. Dr. Flynn holds a Doctorate in Adult and Continuing Education from NLU, a Master in Public Health from Benedictine University, and master’s degrees in Written Communication and Adult Education from NLU.

Her research focuses on transformative and accelerated learning, with expertise in online/blended learning, professional writing, and leadership. She is a certified Quality Matters peer reviewer and active in professional organizations like the American Association of Adult and Continuing Education (AAACE) and the Adult Higher Education Alliance (AHEA).

Prior to academia, she spent 15 years at the Joint Commission in health care accreditation roles.
