Bonnie E. John

Bonnie E. John is a Professor at Carnegie Mellon University's Human-Computer Interaction Institute within the School of Computer Science. Her research focuses on improving software system design through human-computer interaction (HCI) methodologies, cognitive modeling, and usability engineering. She directs the CogTool Project and researches usability in software architecture, developing techniques like CPM-GOMS for quantitative human performance prediction.
