Bolko von Oetinger

Prof. Dr. Bolko von Oetinger is an Honorary Professor at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and Senior Vice President of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He has lectured on Strategic Corporate Planning and Management of Corporate Strategies at WHU since 1998, receiving consistently positive student evaluations. His academic background includes a Diplom in Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin, a PhD in Political Science and Business Administration (supervised by Prof. Arnulf Baring), and an MBA from Stanford University via a Harkness Fellowship. His research focuses on corporate strategy, leadership vision, and knowledge management, with contributions to BCG's Strategy Institute, which he founded in 1998 and led until 2008. He also organizes the Kronberger Strategy Conferences.
