Bogdan C. Bichescu is an Associate Professor of Management Science at the University of Tennessee's Haslam College of Business. As Director of the Master of Science in Business Analytics program, he focuses on healthcare operations and supply chain modeling. His PhD in Operations Management is from the University of Cincinnati.
Research examines information technology impacts in healthcare, group purchasing organizations, and hospital performance metrics. Recent work analyzes readmission risks and RFID/EDI technology integration.
