Blanka Cepková

Assoc. Prof. Blanka Cepková is an Associate Professor and Head of the Studio of Fiber Art at the Department of Textiles, School of Design, Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava. Her work focuses on textile art, fiber installations, and digital innovations in material practices. She supervises Bachelor’s theses and degree works, teaching subjects like Digital Needle Drawing and Studio of Fibre Art.

Her research interests include experimental textile techniques (e.g., jacquard fabrics), material innovation, and the integration of digital tools into traditional crafts.
