Blake Rasor

Blake Rasor will join North Carolina State University's College of Engineering as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering starting Fall 2025. His research focuses on engineering biocatalysis platforms using systems and synthetic biology approaches to convert light and carbon dioxide into sustainable chemicals, including fuels and pharmaceuticals, while minimizing environmental impacts.
