Dr Blake Dickson is a Lecturer in the Department of Anatomy at the University of New South Wales, affiliated with the School of Biomedical Sciences. He earned his Ph.D. and M.Sc. in 2020 from Harvard University, following a First Class Honours B.Sc. in Biological Sciences from UNSW in 2013.
Research Interests
- Evolution of biomechanical traits during ecological transitions
- Functional morphology of vertebrates
- Adaptive landscapes and evolutionary modeling
- Primate locomotion and musculoskeletal trade-offs
- Development of morphometric software tools (Morphoscape, AlignR)
