Björn Ekman is an Associate Professor and Researcher at the Department of Social Medicine and Global Health, Lund University. His work focuses on health policy, health economics, and primary care, with a strong emphasis on low- and middle-income countries and digital health innovations. He is actively involved in research projects funded by the Swedish Research Council.
