Biying Yang is an Assistant Professor & Nies Early Career Faculty Scholar of Management at the Ness School of Management and Economics, South Dakota State University. Her research bridges macro and micro organizational dynamics through meso-level perspectives and advanced methodologies, focusing on CEO seasons, strategic leadership, and middle managers' roles in shaping organizational performance. She holds a Ph.D., M.S., and B.A. from Binghamton University, State University of New York.
