Dr Bisola Ariyo is a Lecturer in Business Management at Leicester Castle Business School, De Montfort University. She specializes in Strategic Management, Business Continuity Management, and Entrepreneurship. Her research focuses on sustainable practices, MSMB resilience, food security, and women entrepreneurship. She holds a PhD in Management and Entrepreneurship (2019–2023), an MSc in Management and International Business (2018–2019), and a BSc in Accounting (2009–2013).

Teaching includes Financial Management, Entrepreneurship, Risk Management, and Dissertation Supervision. She combines academic rigor with industry experience in finance and strategic planning.
