Birgit Vogel-Heuser

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Birgit Vogel-Heuser is a Full Professor and Director of the Chair of Automation and Information Systems at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), within the TUM School of Engineering and Design. She holds leadership roles as Vice Dean for Research and Innovation and is involved in strategic initiatives like the Munich Institute of Robotics and Machine Intelligence (MIRMI). Her research focuses on evolvable automation architectures, human-machine interaction, and data-driven manufacturing processes.
