Birgit Peuker

Prof. Birgit Peuker is a Professor of Nutrition and Home Economics at the European University Flensburg, serving as Dean of Studies for Faculty I. She holds a PhD from TU Dresden (summa cum laude) and has over 15 years in vocational education research.
