Birgit Fuhrmann

Birgit Fuhrmann is a Lecturer at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW), affiliated with the School of Applied Linguistics and its Institute of Multilingual Communication. She leads the Technical Communication team and co-heads the Technical Communication & Information Design specialization in the BA Multilingual Communication program. Her work integrates usability testing, accessibility, and human-machine interaction research within technical documentation and digital health contexts.
