Binh Q. Le

Binh Q. Le is an Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at San José State University (SJSU), where he has been since 2019. His research focuses on high-performance and energy-efficient machine learning systems leveraging emerging memory technologies. He holds a Ph.D. (2004), M.S. (1999), and B.S. (1994) from Stanford University and the University of California, Berkeley, respectively.

Before joining SJSU, Dr. Le was a research scientist at Stanford University (2016–2019) and previously served as Director of Design at SanDisk Corporation. He is an IEEE Senior Member.
