Bing Bing Chang is an artist faculty member at Westminster Conservatory (Rider University) since 2002, specializing in piano performance and music education. She holds a Doctoral of Musical Arts from Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts, alongside degrees from Hong Kong Baptist University and the Boston Conservatory of Music.

Her expertise spans piano performance, chamber music, and music pedagogy. She has performed globally at venues like Carnegie Hall and Kimmel Center, and collaborates with ensembles such as Trio Cordialis, Sinfonietta Nova, and New Jersey Philharmonic Chorus. Bing Bing is a certified music educator (N.C.T.M) and active adjudicator for competitions like the NJ Symphony Orchestra Concerto Competition.
She has served as Chairperson for MTNA Performance Competitions and NJMTA board member. Her teaching emphasizes all-age piano instruction, with students achieving notable awards and performances at major venues.
Bing Bing also directs Princeton Christian Church’s chamber orchestra and children’s choir, and actively participates in community musical initiatives since 2010.
