Bin Ma is a Professor of Leadership and Academic Director of the IE China Center at IE University in Madrid. With a multidisciplinary academic background spanning economics, law, science, engineering, and business administration, he has worked in universities across China and the United States as a behavioral scientist and business-school educator. His research emphasizes leadership, behavioral ethics, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
Bin co-founded and managed an international trade company, blending entrepreneurial experience with academic expertise. At IE University, he teaches Organizational Behavior, focusing on workplace human dynamics and leadership development. His global perspective, shaped by living in New York City and later relocating to Spain, informs his teaching and research priorities, particularly in cross-cultural management.
