Dr. Bea Bih Horng Chiang is Professor of Accounting and Chair of the Department of Accounting and Information Systems at The College of New Jersey's School of Business. She holds a Ph.D. in Accounting and an MBA from Drexel University, along with a B.S. in Economics from National Chen-Chi University, Taiwan.
