Bidhan L. Parmar, also known as Bobby Parmar, is the Associate Dean for Faculty Development and the Shannon G. Smith Bicentennial Professor of Business Administration at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia. He teaches First Year Ethics and Second Year electives on collaboration, creative thinking, and critical thinking.
