Beverley Boden

Beverley Boden is Associate Dean (Marketing and Recruitment) at Teesside University International Business School, specializing in tourism and aviation with over 15 years of industry experience. Her research focuses on the intersection of dark tourism, thanatology, and consumer behavior in the experience economy.

Her doctoral research investigates tour guide impacts at Auschwitz Birkenau Memorial and Museum. External roles include examiner positions at Emirates Aviation University and University of Derby, alongside membership in the Institute for Dark Tourism Research since 2001.
