Dr. Beulah Manuel is a Professor of English and Director for International Student Program at Washington Adventist University. With 40 years of experience in Seventh-day Adventist institutions across India, Singapore, and Thailand, she focuses on supporting international and multicultural students while promoting academic excellence through seminars and workshops.
