Dr. Bethanny Sudibyo is an Assistant Professor of Spanish in the Department of World Languages and Cultures at Elon University, NC. She specializes in Iberian and Colonial Philippines literature, focusing on themes of imperialism, race, gender, and fashion. Joining Elon in 2023, she teaches Spanish language and culture courses, study abroad preparation, and interdisciplinary seminars like COR1100, while developing the Spanish for the Professions program.
