Beth Myers is the Lawrence B. Taishoff Associate Professor of Inclusive Education at Syracuse University's School of Education, where she serves as faculty in the Teaching and Leadership Department. She concurrently holds leadership positions as Executive Director of the Taishoff Center for Inclusive Higher Education and Assistant Director for the Center on Disability and Inclusion, overseeing InclusiveU—a federally recognized model program for college students with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Dr. Myers' research pioneers Disability Studies and Inclusive Education frameworks, with concentrated expertise in Intellectual Disability, Transition Planning, and Literacy Education within postsecondary contexts. Her scholarship critically examines systemic barriers in higher education while developing evidence-based inclusive practices, notably through studies on autobiographical narratives of neurodivergent adolescents and inclusive physical activity models for students with disabilities.

She has delivered staff development to 60+ school districts, founded the Journal of Inclusive Postsecondary Education as Executive Editor, and chairs the Annual State of the Art Conference in Inclusive Higher Education, establishing national standards for inclusive postsecondary practices.
