Beth Holloway serves as Professor of Practice in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Assistant Dean of Engineering for Diversity and Engagement at Purdue University. She also holds the Leah H. Jamieson Directorship of Women in Engineering. Her PhD in Engineering Education was earned at Purdue University, and she previously held a courtesy appointment as Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering.
Her research centers on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in engineering education, with specialized focus on systemic barriers, inclusive pedagogy, and support structures for underrepresented groups. She leads institutional initiatives to advance gender equity through the Women in Engineering program.
