Beth Goldblatt is a Professor at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and a Visiting Professor at the School of Law, University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. Her work bridges feminist legal theory, equality and discrimination law, comparative constitutional law, and climate justice, with a focus on economic and social rights, particularly the right to social security. Her research informs court decisions, law reform, and policy development globally, addressing intersections of gender, poverty, and inequality in the context of climate change.
