Dr. Beth A Huber is an Associate Professor in the Department of English at Western Carolina University's College of Arts and Sciences. She holds a Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Composition/Contemporary History, an MA in Rhetoric and Composition, and a BA in Creative Writing, all from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Her research focuses on rhetorical theory, political rhetoric, Cold War and Civil War studies, and the economic impacts on composition theory. She maintains the Political Rhetoric Archive, a digital database of historical rhetorical documents.
