Dr. Besma Glaa is a Lecturer at Linköping University's Department of Economic and Industrial Development (IEI) within the Business Administration division. She actively contributes to both research and teaching, focusing on how digital technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, transform business models and service offerings in contemporary organizations.

Dr. Glaa is actively involved in the Master's program in Business Administration - Strategy and Management in International Organizations (SMIO), which has established itself as an international education program.
