Bernardo Riutort Serra

Bernardo Riutort Serra is a Collaborating Researcher at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), actively contributing to teaching and research in philosophy and cognition-related fields. He is affiliated with the Practical Philosophy (PRAXIS) Consolidated R+D+I Group, focusing on theoretical and applied aspects of philosophy.

His research interests lie primarily in Political Philosophy, Ethics, and Contemporary Social Theory, with a strong emphasis on the intersections between cognition, morality, and democratic theory. He has taught core courses such as Political Psychology, Moral and Neuroethical Psychology, Contemporary Social Theory, and Current Theories on Democracy across multiple academic years, indicating sustained engagement with both undergraduate and postgraduate education.

Bernardo is a member of the Practical Philosophy (PRAXIS) research group, which supports his scholarly work in ethics, politics, and advanced modernity.
