Berit Schiøttz-Christensen

Berit Schiøttz-Christensen is a Professor at the Department of Public Health, Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Southern Denmark, and affiliated with the Research Unit of General Practice. Berit Schiøttz-Christensen is actively involved in research, teaching, and supervision. She has contributed to PhD projects and specialist training, including supervision in the Physical Performance and Post-Discharge Rehabilitation project. She teaches courses such as 'Medical Musculoskeletal Diseases' and 'Diagnosis and Treatment of the Musculoskeletal System.' She also contributes to national initiatives on back pain management in the Region of Southern Denmark and participates in interdisciplinary workshops. Outside the university, she chairs the International Academy of Musculoskeletal Medicine and RKKP, and is active in the Dansk Selskab for Muskuloskeletal Medicin.
