Bent Greve is a Professor at Roskilde University's Department of Social Sciences and Business, specializing in Welfare State Analysis. He holds a DSc (Public Administration) and has been affiliated with the university since 1986, serving as Head of Department (1992-2006) and Dean for Social Sciences. His research focuses on welfare state sustainability, EU social policies, labor market dynamics, and happiness studies. He leads VELNET, Denmark's national welfare studies network.
