Bennett Quillen is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Business Economics at Belmont Abbey College. With 45 years of project management and executive experience, he has been teaching for 19 years. His expertise spans Management, International Business, Entrepreneurship, Economics, and Statistics. He holds an MBA in Industrial Management and Finance from the University of Southern California, and a BS in Chemistry and Mathematics from Principia College.
Research interests include Management Communications, Corporate Planning, Global Economics, Credit Card Management, and Financial Institutions. His notable publications include a textbook on Management (2019) and articles in Information Week (2015, 2014) addressing software contracts and core systems conversions.
Outside academia, Quillen provides consulting and project management services for domestic and international companies. He is known for integrating practical industry insights into classroom discussions, emphasizing delegation principles inspired by historical leadership examples like Jethro from Exodus.
