Bennett Capers is the Associate Dean for Research, Stanley D. and Nikki Waxberg Chair, and Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law. He directs the Center on Race, Law, and Justice. His expertise spans Criminal Law, Critical Race Theory, Policing, and Race and Social Justice. He previously served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and has held roles at other prestigious institutions, including Columbia Law School and Brooklyn Law School.
