Benjamin Moser

Benjamin Moser is a Professor at the Institute of Classical and Church Music within the Lucerne School of Music (HSLU). A renowned German pianist, he has performed globally in solo, chamber, and orchestral concerts. His career highlights include winning the 2007 Tschaikovsky Competition in Moscow, where he received both the Best Interpretation of Tchaikovsky's Music Award and the Audience Prize, as well as the Young Concert Artists International Auditions in New York.

He originates from a Munich-based musical family and is celebrated for his deeply sensitive and meticulously detailed recordings, praised across the classical music community. His research and performance interests center on classical piano repertoire, particularly 19th-century Romantic era works.
