Benjamin Finkel is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Anthropology at Boston University. His research focuses on biological anthropology and primatology, particularly the evolution of senescence, foraging behavior, and the social function of testosterone in primates. He conducts fieldwork in Ugandan chimpanzee populations and applies quantitative analysis using R.
