Benedicte Langseth-Eide

Benedicte Langseth-Eide is a Research Fellow affiliated with the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Tromsø – The Arctic University of Norway. Her work focuses on occupational health psychology, particularly addressing high sickness absenteeism rates in Norway through the lens of the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model.
