Ben Handel

Ben Handel is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of California at Berkeley and a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER). His work bridges microeconomic theory with empirical analysis in the health care sector, focusing on consumer choice, market structure, and regulatory policy.
