Ben Dilla

Dr. Ben Dilla is an Affiliate Assistant Professor of Management and Director of the DBA program at the Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business, University of Dallas. He holds a PhD and MS in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Purdue University and a BS in Behavioral Sciences & Leadership from the US Air Force Academy. His roles include teaching, research, and leadership development consulting across diverse industries. He has served as a full-time faculty member since 2017, previously working as an adjunct from 2014.
