Bella L Galperin is a Senior Associate Director at the TECO Energy Center for Leadership and holds the Dana Professorship in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Tampa. She teaches courses including Global Organizational Behavior, International Business, and Human Resource Management.

Research Interests
Galperin specializes in leadership, international management, workplace misbehavior, and human resource management/organizational behavior. Her work explores cross-cultural management, workplace deviance, and entrepreneurship, with publications in related fields.
Professional Activities
She has presented research at conferences across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Turkey, the Caribbean, Israel, and Poland. Galperin currently serves as associate editor for Cross Cultural Management: An International Journal and has held leadership roles in academic societies, including the International Business Division of the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada.
