Behnam Boobani is a Lead Researcher at the Latvian Academy of Sport Education, Riga Stradins University (RSU), specializing in interdisciplinary sports science and health research. Boobani's research centers on Sports Science, Sports Medicine, Sports Psychology, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation, and Martial Arts. He investigates recovery-stress dynamics, emotional responses to physical activity, and biomechanical factors affecting athletic performance.
