Dr. Beat Arnet is an active academic partner with expertise in power electronics, embedded software, and model-based development. His career spans industry and academic collaborations.
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (1997)
Research focuses on power converter design, control systems, and continuous integration tools. At Plexim Inc. since 2012, he develops simulation and code-generation platforms for power electronics engineers.
Scientific contributions include:
- 6 U.S. patents as primary inventor
- Senior Member of IEEE
He also serves as an advisor to the robotics shop at Medford Vocational Technical High School and has authored numerous technical papers.
