Dr. Bayan Alqam is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee (UWM) School of Nursing, where she contributes to clinical education, research, and leadership in nursing. Based at the James and Yvonne Ziemer Clinical Simulation Center, she emphasizes fostering clinical excellence, critical thinking, and culturally responsive care among nursing students.

Dr. Alqam's work spans multidisciplinary studies, regional conference presentations, and advancing nursing science through leadership and service.
