Bashar Nuseibeh

Bashar Nuseibeh holds multiple academic positions as Professor of Software Engineering and Chief Scientist of Lero (The Irish Software Research Centre), Professor of Computing at The Open University, UK, Honorary Professor at University College London, and Visiting Professor at the National Institute of Informatics, Japan.

His research spans requirements engineering, adaptive systems, and security & privacy, with recent emphasis on human and social factors in computing. He bridges software engineering and social psychology, applying this interdisciplinary work to critical domains including
