Basel Osama Sayed Ahmed Hammoda

Basel Osama Sayed Ahmed Hammoda is a Lecturer at the Department of Business Administration, School of Business and Governance, Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech). He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (2024) from TalTech, focusing on Active Methods in Entrepreneurship Education, and prior degrees including an MBA from Aston University (2014) and a Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery from Cairo University (2004). His research explores entrepreneurship education, experiential learning, digital transformation in education, and generative AI’s impact on pedagogy, with a focus on Gen Z perspectives and entrepreneurial resilience.

Hammoda has contributed to projects including the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor 2023 Estonia Study and the Inclusive Digital Education Access (IDEA) initiative. He is a member of the United States Association of Small Business and Entrepreneurship, the Academy of Management, and serves on TalTech’s Department of Business Administration council.
